Refund Policy

At JT Custom Fabrication, we take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and dependable service. Because most of our projects are custom-built or service-based, refunds may not always be available. This policy explains our approach.
Services & Custom Work

Deposits: Any deposits paid for custom projects are non-refundable once material has been ordered, as materials and labor are immediately allocated to your order.

Completed Projects: Refunds are not available on completed custom fabrication or welding services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us to discuss adjustments or repairs.

Repairs: Payments for repair work are non-refundable, but we stand by our workmanship. If an issue arises related to our work, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it. This only applies outside of normal wear and tear.
Cancellations

Projects canceled before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any costs of materials already purchased.

Cancellations after work has started are not eligible for a refund.
